TCX SERVICES PROCESS
Establish with each mine site a list of critical components required and work to have available stock on hand.
Work with Maintenance and Planning Teams to use existing scheduled maintenance to use the available stock efficiently by planning Component change outs required.
We follow up with each Customer to ensure that their equipment is running smoothly and that they are happy with our service. With Field Service in place, TCX will ensure support is available at all times.
