TCX Services & Hitec offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers faulty parts and workmanship on all of our exchange and repaired mining equipment. Our warranty period is 10,000 hours for pumps and 8000 hours for motors. We will replace any component that fails due to a warrantable event within 4000 hours and offer a pro rata warranty out to 10,000 hours. The claim period is limited to two years.
